This is an LED-displayed cycle delay timer module. The module’s high timing precision and dependable performance come from using MCU as the primary chip. It uses 50mA of working current and DC 12V of operating voltage. It can be used to regulate the reciprocating stroke or to turn on and off repetitive power for burn-in testing on items and equipment. Additionally, it is generally applicable to fish tank intermittent pumps, repetitive testing circuits, and timer operating equipment.

Function:

  1. Signal trigger relay suction, time is up relay disconnection, in the delay period.
  2. A: Invalid trigger again, B: Trigger the recount again, C: Re-trigger relay reset termination timing
  3. The start time of signal triggering is T1. When the time is up, the time of switching off (reset) the T1 and T2 relay is adjustable.
  4. Recycling: Turn on T1, disconnect T2, infinite cycle. The time of T1 and T2 is adjustable.
  5. Signal, relay suction, keep suction, signal disappearance, start timing, time is up, relay disconnection, in the delay period, give the signal again, delay cancellation, signal disappearance, recount.

Time Setting:

The K1 cycle includes 6 steps. Steps 1,2,3 are set to “ON” time, and steps 4,5,6 are set to “OFF” time.

  1. Press K1, the first digit flashes, and press K2 to change the number
  2. Press K1, and the second digit flashes, press K2 to change the number
  3. Press K1, the third digit flashes, and press K2 to change the number
  4. Press K1, the first digit flashes, and press K2 to change the number
  5. Press K1, and the second digit flashes, press K2 to change the number
  6. Press K1, the third digit flashes, and press K2 to change the number
  7. Press K1 till the display stops flashing, then press K2 to change the decimal point in order to select the time range. The third decimal point indicates 0 to 999 minutes, and the second decimal point indicates 0 to 99.9 seconds. No decimal point indicates 0 to 999 seconds.
  8. Long-pressing K2 can turn on/off the display.

Features:

  • Constantly changeable from 0.1 seconds (min.) to 999 minutes (max.).
  • Use MCU as the primary CPU; it has a precise timer and dependable operation.
  • Cycle mode: An endless loop in which you connect for a while and then disengage.
  • Both the “on” and “off” times are customisable, providing a broad time range to suit your general demands.
  • can be used to turn on and off repeating power or the reciprocating stroke for burn-in tests on machinery and products.
  • Ideal for intermittent pumps used in fish tanks, repeating testing circuits, and timer-operated equipment.
